Bad Kleinkirchheim has two thermal baths, both a quarter of an hour from the house. The Thermal Römerbad next to the Kaiserburgbahn is the quiet one with the large sauna world; the Therme St. Kathrein is the family bath with the 86-metre slide and the wild-water channel. Thermal Römerbad
In the winter season, from 19 September 2026 to 29 March 2027, open daily from 10 am to 9 pm. Adult day ticket € 37 for the baths, € 63 for baths and sauna. Children under 6 free; the sauna is from age 15. The bath is next to the Kaiserburgbahn, so after skiing you walk there, and the free Ski-Thermen-Bus stops at the door.
Therme St. Kathrein
Daily from 9 am to 9 pm. Adult day ticket € 34 for the baths, € 50 with sauna; children aged 6 to 13 € 18, under 6 free. Evening ticket from 6 pm € 28, children € 14.50. Family packages are 10 per cent cheaper than single tickets. The sauna is from age 16. With children this is the one: 86-metre enclosed slide, wild-water channel, bubble loungers.
Which of the two
With children: St. Kathrein. Without, or after a ski day with stiff legs: the Römerbad, for the saunas and the quiet. If you stay a week, do both.
Combining with the ski day
The Römerbad is open until 9 pm and sits next to the valley station, so the last run at four and the baths until eight is a normal winter day. Back in Feld am See you cook for yourself or walk into the village.
