Start the day slowly: order before 10 pm and your fresh Austrian rolls are waiting at your apartment door the next morning. You pay at the end of your stay.
For skiers and snowboarders
Warm boots, dry skis
In the heated ski room your skis and snowboards sit safely in the rack, and the boot warmers have your boots warm by morning. With 15% off your ski pass through the Tourismusbüro, the day on the slopes starts a little better here.

Common questions
How does the bread roll service work?+
Order your rolls before 10 pm and they are at your apartment door, fresh, the next morning. You settle up at the end of your stay.
What is the Sonnenschein Card?+
A discount card you get free as a guest of Berghaus Seeblick. It gives you reductions and free activities on and around the Brennsee and in Feld am See.
How do I get 15% off my ski pass?+
As a guest you get 15% off your ski pass in the winter season. The Tourismusbüro in Feld am See applies the discount when you buy the pass; it is valid in the ski areas in the region, among them Bad Kleinkirchheim, Gerlitzen Alpe, Turracher Höhe, Heidi Alm Falkert and Hochrindl.
From what time can I check in?+
Check-in is between 3 pm and 10 pm. Check-out is by 10 am at the latest. Do you need other times? Just ask.
Are the apartments easy to reach?+
The apartments are on the first and second floor and can only be reached by stairs. Parking is free, right in front of the house.
Can I come with children?+
Yes, families are very welcome. We put a cot and a highchair in the apartment if you ask, and children up to and including 3 stay free.
Can I bring my dog?+
Mention it in your enquiry and we will look together at what is possible for your stay.
Can I do laundry during my holiday?+
Yes, you can do laundry during your stay. Ask us once you are here and we will explain how it works.
Is smoking allowed?+
No, the apartments are entirely non-smoking.
Are there house rules?+
Few, and they come down to one thing: think of the other guests, so that everyone gets the quiet they came for. Beyond that we only ask you not to smoke in the apartments.
