Berghaus Seeblick has three apartments — no more, no less. Small enough to be personal, spacious enough to let you do your own thing. You rent an apartment and have everything to yourself: kitchen, living room, bathroom, balcony or garden. There’s no shared breakfast, no lobby, no key safe outside. Just a host family living in the building, always available.

All apartments were fully renewed in 2025 with everything you’d expect: Nespresso, induction hob, dishwasher, large fridge, ensuite bathroom, bed linen and towels included, fast WiFi and a heated ski room on the ground floor.

SHARED FACILITIES

All apartments have access to the heated ski room on the ground floor — ideal for ski and snowboard gear. Free parking on site. Bread service on request. Kärnten Card available at the local tourist office for discounts throughout the region. The two extra bedrooms can be rented as an addition to the apartments at €50 per night, or booked independently as guest rooms at €80 per night in high season.

Mountain access

Ski lifts 15–30 min drive away. Free ski bus stop just a 2-minute walk in winter. Your gateway to Austria's pristine ski, walking and mountain bike regions. The Kärntner Nockberge UNESCO Biosphere Reserve starts at your doorstep.
